Sumatra Mandheling is a very dark, rich coffee with notes of red berries and dark chocolate. It is organically and fairly traded, with an SCA score of 84. The unique Galling-Basah process used in Indonesia creates a distinct raw coffee with a slightly blue hue. The Permata Gayo co-operative guarantees traceability and quality in the production process.
