You can really taste the sweet syrup chocolatey flavours in our Decaf Coffee. Full of flavour, it had notes of maple syrup, green grape, dark chocolate and run. Best drunk as an espresso but also great as a filter coffee. Produced by Mio and together with the Instituto do Espirito Santo, this coffee directly supports Sombra - an agroforestry project we"re funding on the farm. Once the beans are harvested, they undergo the chemical-free sugarcane process to remove the caffeine and give you a deliciously decaffeinated and perfectly rounded coffee, with no compromise on flavour. We removed seals on our bags to reduce plastic in our packaging, to keep your coffee as fresh as possible you can use our convenient coffee clips or our stylish coffee tins. How long does the coffee last? Typically, the coffee you’ll receive will have been roasted within a week. We recommend the coffee be consumed within 5 weeks (although it can still taste great after this). What grind should I choose? Typically, fine grind is for espresso machines however, for low pressure machines like SMEG, Dualit and the smaller Sage machines we recommend medium grind. All other brewing equipment like Cafetiere, Moka Pot, Aeropress, V60 are best with medium grind. Please get in touch if you are having issues with the grind. What if I am not happy? We always love to hear from you and consider feedback a gift whether it"s good or bad. If you are missing an item or have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us by emailing our team at orders@volcanocoffeeworks.com. We aim to respond to all emails within 24hr Mon-Fri. We offer a Taste Guarantee on all first orders. If you don"t like your choice just reach out to our team and we"ll either advise on brewing method, offer a replacement of your choice for free or refund your order*. Any coffee product from our beans and ground range cannot be returned or refunded unless it is incorrect or damaged. This is due to the perishable nature of the products.
