Produced in the western part of Letefoho in East Timor, we’ve had the pleasure of working with the Rotutu Producer Group since 2019 and have since developed a longstanding partnership with Karst Organics. Kar-Yee from Karst explains ‘upon our first meeting with the coffee farmers of Rotutu in 2017, we recognised instantly the potential of East Timorese coffee and entered into a partnership with the community to elevate their coffee quality in order to open new opportunities in international markets, and ultimately maximise their earning potential.’ A re-emerging scene in specialty coffee, each year we’re more and more impressed with what their combined efforts have to offer.
