The coffee is a washed blend of SL34 varietal with tasting notes of Speculoos, Lychee, and Dry Sherry. The estate, with Costa Rica making up the majority of its coffee, boasts a clean and delicate flavor profile thanks to the full washing process. Myanmar"s ideal climate and terroir contribute to a long-standing coffee cultivation tradition, dating back to the late 1800s, and have recently focused on quality with the production of specialty coffee since 2015.
