Khar Taw Hmi, Myanmar is a sweet, easy-to-drink coffee that tastes great whether hot or over ice. It originates from the Green Land estate, a family business run by U Sai Wan, a key figure in Myanmar"s specialty coffee industry. The coffee is a washed blend of SL34 varietal with tasting notes of Speculoos, Lychee, and Dry Sherry. The estate, with Costa Rica making up the majority of its coffee, boasts a clean and delicate flavor profile thanks to the full washing process. Myanmar"s ideal climate and terroir contribute to a long-standing coffee cultivation tradition, dating back to the late 1800s, and have recently focused on quality with the production of specialty coffee since 2015. The coffee promotes sustainability in agriculture and embodies a strong sense of pride and innovation in the local community.
