They grow Typica, Catimor, and Yellow Bourbon Mayaguez 139 in Doi Saket,-Thailand. The coffee is processed using anaerobic white honey method, producing a sweet taste with speculoos biscuit, marmalade, and green apple notes. The coffees from Nui and Aoy are a great collaboration recognized for their fantastic work. They are part of the growing specialty coffee movement in Thailand, showcasing the sustainable aspects of coffee farming.
