Pathfinder is a speciality coffee blend sourced seasonally from two Rwandan washing stations, Maraba and Buntembo. The coffee is vibrant and sweet, reflecting the unique terroir of each component. It is rotated 3-4 times a year to support Direct Trade relationships and ensure freshness and quality. The coffee comes from a family-owned business in Rwanda, committed to sustainable practices and community development. The blend offers tasting notes of Blackberry, Prune, and Panela, with a structured, jammy body, round acidity, and a long cocoa finish. The coffee is recommended for espresso brewing method and is roasted to taste great no matter the preparation method.
