Franklin Adonis is a third-generation coffee producer who inherited his family"s cherished farm, EL Sauce, a piece of land with a long and storied history. This farm was once part of a collection of several properties that had been carefully managed by both his grandfather and father, each contributing to the development of the family’s reputation for exceptional coffee. It was from EL Sauce that Franklin earned international recognition, winning the prestigious Cup of Excellence (COE) competition in 2008. Today, he continues to innovate on the farm, planting newer, more experimental coffee varieties such as Pacamara. These efforts are aimed at diversifying the flavor profiles of his coffee, further expanding the unique and complex tastes that EL Sauce is known for producing.
