DUSK "TIL DAWN - COLOMBIA is a decaf coffee with flavors of lemon, lime, dark chocolate, and a juicy acidity. Sourced from Popayán, Cauca, Colombia, this coffee is grown at an altitude of 1500-2070 MASL. The beans are processed using ethyl acetate (sugar cane) decaf method. With notes of floral and caramel, this coffee is a result of the unique topography of the Meseta de Popayan, sheltered by the Andes mountain range. Cofinet works with around 65 growers in this program, focusing on quality and providing premiums above market price based on quality assessment.
